FORWARD DESIGN takes a user-centered approach to Web design—intranets and extranets as well as Web sites—creating features that are accessible, and contain intuitive navigation paths to display more contextually relevant information within the principles of good design. We are guided by usability; we always remember that interactive communications, whether internal or external, take place within an overall communications structure; and we inform all electronic design with consistency to the overall identity and branding. We collaborate with client programmers or our colleagues to make site architecture fundamentally strong and reliable as well as adaptable to mobile networking and/or accommodating to social networking.
